5 days and 5 nights at Disney World and Universal Studios in Orlando, Florida; tentatively March 2029. Cost includes park admission to all theme parks, hotel, food vouchers, travel and transportation. Total cost not finalized until Spring 2028. This year's (prior) trip cost $2,169.00. Deposits are kept on file and fully refundable until September 2028.

Any club meeting or event (in person or online) must have an advisor present to be considered a school-sanctioned meeting.

Only sophomores and juniors may submit a new club proposal form, between 9/2/26 and 10/1/26. Individual students may submit only one new club request. Students must find their own advisor. Approved clubs receive a packet and have 2 weeks to complete the Club Contract Form. No new clubs can be created October through August. Freshmen and seniors may join any club but cannot start one.

Payment of the $50.00 Parking Fee ('Parking Fee East 26-27') must be completed via PaySchools (Genesis) for a student to receive a parking permit. The fee is non-refundable for any reason, valid for the 2026-27 school year only, and there are a limited number of spaces.

All clubs must hold either an official meeting or activity a minimum of once a month (October-May) to remain active. Clubs not meeting at least once per month will be on probation and cannot be active the next school year.

Clubs must have their advisor present at any after-school fundraiser table before emailing Ms. Barr (dbarr@chclc.org, copy advisor) with student name, club name, description, and dates/times. Request at least 2-3 weeks ahead; Ms. Barr responds within 3-4 days. No fundraiser may be advertised until approved. Charitable drives: one per school year, max 3 weeks, decorated donation box, advertise at least 1 full week before the drive.

Meeting must first be approved by the club advisor, then email Ms. Debbie Barr (dbarr@chclc.org) at least 72 hours before the meeting with date, start and end time, and location. Copy the club advisor on emails.

Students are prohibited from parking in yellow-lined spots or the Main Entrance Parking Lot, reserved for faculty and staff. Students parking in faculty spots may be issued a summons and towed at owner's expense.

All posters and flyers must be approved and stamped by Mrs. Sassinsky or Ms. Barr before posting; up to 20 copies of the stamped flyer may be made. Unstamped posters will be removed. Post on Activities bulletin boards or water fountain area walls. Do not post in hallways above lockers, on glass, or in bathrooms. Use scotch or masking tape only (no duct tape). All flyers must be removed within 48 hours of the meeting.

Six total late buses depart at 4:15pm, Monday through Thursday only (no Friday late buses). Late buses line up outside the Library Annex side entrance.

Official club social media posts must be pre-approved by the advisor. Clubs must also have at least one non-social-media way of communicating with members (e.g., Google Classroom, Remind, club website, email, flyers).

For the 2026-27 school year, all approved students will be assigned a specific parking spot. Permits correspond to the assigned spot. When all student spaces are assigned, no additional permits will be issued.

Advisor for Student Government Association (SGA).

Complete a parking application signed electronically by BOTH the student and parent/guardian in the Genesis Parent Portal (Forms tab). Upload images of the student's driver's license, current vehicle registration, and proof of insurance.

Applications are reviewed; approved applicants are notified by email. Parking tags are distributed first come, first served with seniors having first priority; additional parking may be offered to eligible juniors based on availability.

Students may not park on campus without a parking permit. Driving and parking is a privilege based on attendance and discipline records.
