Cherry Hill East Boys' Cross Country finished 2nd at the Olympic Conference Championships. Cian Sherlock won and was crowned Olympic Conference Champ. Aneesh Rajagopal placed 3rd, Benjamin Dodulik 9th, and Conan Poerner and Nicholas Park also competed.

Picture make up day for Juniors (Class of 2028), Wednesday, October 28th, 2026 - Day 2, in the DiBart Gym. Students take photos during Gym/Health, Study Hall or any free period; students without a free period can take photos during LB1/LB2.

All clubs must complete the mandatory club renewal form to advance into the next school year. Advisors who do not hear from students will assume the club is not moving forward. Clubs without a renewal form submitted last year are not going forward this year.

Class of 2028 Senior Trip (Disney World & Universal Studios)
5 days and 4 nights at Disney World and Universal Studios in Orlando, Florida, tentatively March 2028. Cost includes park admission to all theme parks, hotel, food vouchers, travel and transportation. Total cost not finalized until Spring 2027. The 2026 trip cost was $2,169.

Trip insurance and withdrawal
Trip insurance cannot be purchased until after one payment and before the final payment. Students may drop out of the trip through end of September 2027 for a full refund from CH East; insurance is not needed until October 2027 or later. An optional trip meeting will be held in September 2027.

All clubs must hold either an official meeting or activity a minimum of once a month (October-May) to remain active. Clubs not meeting at least once per month will be on probation and cannot be active the next school year.

Fundraiser and charitable drive approval procedure
Clubs must have their advisor present at any after-school fundraiser table before emailing Ms. Barr (dbarr@chclc.org, copy advisor) with student name, club name, description, and dates/times. Request at least 2-3 weeks ahead; Ms. Barr responds within 3-4 days. No fundraiser may be advertised until approved. Charitable drives: one per school year, max 3 weeks, decorated donation box, advertise at least 1 full week before the drive.

Students are prohibited from parking in yellow-lined spots or the Main Entrance Parking Lot, reserved for faculty and staff. Students parking in faculty spots may be issued a summons and towed at owner's expense.

Poster and flyer approval and posting rules
All posters and flyers must be approved and stamped by Mrs. Sassinsky or Ms. Barr before posting; up to 20 copies of the stamped flyer may be made. Unstamped posters will be removed. Post on Activities bulletin boards or water fountain area walls. Do not post in hallways above lockers, on glass, or in bathrooms. Use scotch or masking tape only (no duct tape). All flyers must be removed within 48 hours of the meeting.

Assigned parking spots for 2026-27
For the 2026-27 school year, all approved students will be assigned a specific parking spot. Permits correspond to the assigned spot. When all student spaces are assigned, no additional permits will be issued.
