需要接种的剂次如下：
3个月前：DTaP 1剂，IPV/OPV 1剂，Hib 1剂，PCV 1剂。
5个月前：DTaP 2剂，IPV/OPV 2剂，Hib 2剂，PCV 2剂。
7个月前：DTaP 3剂，IPV/OPV 2剂，Hib 2-3剂，PCV 3剂，流感疫苗 1剂。
16个月前：DTaP 3剂，IPV/OPV 2剂，Hib 3-4剂，PCV 4剂，流感疫苗 1剂，麻疹腮腺炎风疹疫苗（MMR）1剂，水痘疫苗（VAR）1剂。
19个月前：DTaP 4剂，IPV 3剂，Hib 3-4剂，PCV 4剂，流感疫苗 1剂，麻疹腮腺炎风疹疫苗（MMR）1剂，水痘疫苗（VAR）1剂。

As a friendly reminder, please be sure your contact information in Genesis is up to date for best service.

Please contact your school’s secretary to learn which late bus your student is assigned to.

We will do our best to accommodate EMERGENCY situations that might require your child changing buses or pick-up and drop-off points for the current day. Requests to change bus stops must be sent to the principal in writing prior to 11:30am. The principal must approve any change in drop-off by signing the note. Upon approval, your request will be sent to the CHPS Transportation Department and the driver will be notified.

Pep Rally & Early Dismissal Procedures
