Prohibición de teléfonos celulares y relojes inteligentes de timbre a timbre
Nueva Jersey promulgó una prohibición estatal de timbre a timbre (P.L. 2025, c. 195, firmada el 8 de enero de 2026) que prohíbe a los estudiantes usar dispositivos personales con acceso a internet (teléfonos celulares, relojes inteligentes y tabletas) durante todo el día escolar a partir del año escolar 2026-2027. Los dispositivos deben permanecer en las mochilas. Los estudiantes que necesiten comunicarse con su casa deberán acudir a la Oficina Principal. Les pedimos a los padres que no envíen mensajes de texto ni llamen a sus hijos durante el horario escolar, incluidos el almuerzo y el recreo; en su lugar, llamen a la oficina principal. Los estudiantes podrán usar sus relojes para comunicarse después de la salida, a las 3:30 PM.
